Integrated into our Catalyst capability-building approach, they give learners a safe environment to practise real-world skills, receive immediate AI-powered feedback and improve through experience. We already have simulations covering key AI capabilities — and can build custom role-plays around virtually any skill or scenario your organisation wants to develop.

A few months ago, we shared that we were experimenting with something new: AI Role-Play Simulations.
The question we were trying to answer was simple:
How do you move from “I completed the training” to “I can actually do this”?
Now, we've finished building the capability — and AI Role-Play Simulations are live and ready for customers to use.
From learning to doing
Working with Centrical, we've integrated AI-powered role-play into our capability-building approach.
Instead of answering another multiple-choice question, learners enter a realistic conversation with an AI persona that responds dynamically to what they say.
They have to think. Explain. Make decisions. Respond to challenges. And demonstrate that they can actually apply the capability they've been learning.
At the end, the simulation evaluates their performance against defined criteria and provides immediate scoring and personalised feedback, highlighting strengths and opportunities to improve.
Learners can try again. Managers can see where capability is developing. And organisations gain a much richer picture of whether learning is translating into performance.
